This is great topically and hits a few more serious notes, but feel like it may be more appropriate in consideration of adolescents. I felt like there was a great deal missing so was left disappointed since I had high expectations. I was looking for more on the dialogue of resistance to treatment since it is such a prevalent topic in regard to eds. Seemed to jump right into recovery from suffering-in my opinion leaving out most of the crucial aspects of obtaining the courage or ability to cross that bridge-not that the other components are any more or less important.
